- Body Appreciation Yoga Class: Friday, July 24 @ 7:30am: A 45-minute yoga class for folks of every age, shape, and size. This surf-focused stretching class is designed to help participants swap performance for presence, release maladaptive perfectionism in favor of healthy striving, & appreciate the power of showing up imperfectly as your most authentic, human self. Feel free to roll up your mat and hop in the water after for a pre-comp surf sesh!
- Winners Workshop: Friday, July 24 @ 8:15am: A 30-minute pre-comp mindset class that utilizes beginner friendly breath work, mantra-based meditation, and emotional resilience skills to get competitors into a winning mindset.
